Access for All: Real Conversations About Accessibility in Real Estate

Access for All is a powerful and practical program designed to address accessibility challenges impacting both real estate professionals and the clients we serve. This initiative explores the real-world barriers faced by agents and homeowners with disabilities — and offers meaningful solutions, resources, and strategies to create more inclusive experiences.

This program will cover:

•        Accessibility challenges for handicapped/disabled real estate agents in the field

•        How to support buyers and sellers with mobility or medical needs

•        Home modifications and updates when a homeowner becomes disabled

•        Resources for homeowners who must relocate due to disability

•        Community, financial, and grant programs that support accessibility upgrades

•        Best practices for conducting accessible showings and open houses

•        Legal and ethical considerations around fair housing and accommodation

Whether you are a REALTOR,  affiliate partner, property manager, or homeowner, this program will equip you with practical tools, deeper awareness, and community connections to better serve clients with dignity and compassion.

Inclusive service is not optional — it is essential.

Real estate should work for everyone. Join us as we work together to create a more accessible, equitable real estate environment for all.
