The second session focuses on county-specific Critical Area requirements, including waterfront regulations, riparian rights, and piers. The third session covers county inspections and permitting, including how to acquire permits, report violations, and locate Forest Conservation Easements. The program concludes with a dedicated Q&A session and includes handouts such as Critical Area FAQs, helpful contacts and links, information on DNR Living Shorelines financial assistance, a tree pruning guide, and a Forest Conservation Easement trifold.
