Objectives: To introduce this little-known program that provides
aid to individuals and families fleeing domestic or sexual violence
if the public record would compromise their safety and to expand
the understanding of those that may be aware of this program at a
limited capacity. More recently anyone "feeling at risk" to include
judges, attorneys, and safety officers may also seek protection
under this program. This course will introduce the agents to the
program and outline their role along with the benefits and
restrictions. This knowledge will help: Assist you in identifying
purchasers or renters in need of this protection. Address any
misconceptions regarding who may benefit from this program.
Comprehending those that may benefit is greater than perceived.
Understand the difference between a transaction under the program
verses. Add confidence when working with specific clients' needs.
